- Quotation request: the personal data collected are used to interact with customers and prospects. The legal basis for such data handling is our legitimate interest in being able to reply to your questions and to prepare a personalised quotation.
- Recruitment: candidates are at liberty to apply for any published offer of employment, or to send us an unsolicited request, using the ‘jobs’ page on greilsammer.com. For recruitment purposes, the data collected enables us to assess the candidate’s suitability for the advertised position or the position requested by the candidate. Such data handling is strictly pre-contractual.
CATEGORIES OF DATA PROCESSED
- Identification data such as: family name, first name, telephone number, postal address, email address, CV;
- Website utilisation data: IP address; browser used; operating system; dates, times and connection time using the platform; authorisation data collected by session cookies; dates, times;
- Professional career data such as: your CV and your cover letter when applying for a published job offer;

RETENTION TIME FOR PERSONAL DATA
In compliance with the regulations in force, personal data are retained for the necessary duration required for the purposes defined above.
Thus, for :
- Recruitment: data will be held for 2 years from the date of the last contact with the candidate.
- Information and newsletters: data for customers will be held for the duration of the commercial relationship, increased by 3 years when concerning prospecting data.
No personal information concerning a user of the GREILSAMMER.com website will be exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold, in whatever format, to a third party, without the knowledge of the user. The sole exception to the above is the case where GREILSAMMER SAS and its rights are bought, resulting in the transfer of the said information to the new owner who would be subject to the same obligations concerning storage and modification of the said data vis-à-vis the user.
The relevant databases are protected by the French data protection law dated 1st July 1998 transposing the European Directive 96/9 dated 11th March 1996 concerning the legal protection of such databases.
